Mot V265 ? on case and accessories

My V60i is starting to die and it may be time to give it a decent burial.
<sniff, tear, sniff> . Also the screen seems to keep getting smaller and
smaller over the years, can't be my eyes (:> )
I kind of like the looks of the V265 .
Before I go for it a couple of questions: The first one is:How is the RF
performance? I have a weak digital signal here about -102dB and a noise
floor of about 60 which gives me 1 bar on the signal gage.
The second is: The case looks king of delicate. Does it scratch easily?
The third is: How is battery life when sitting around under the -102 dB
conditions?
Fourth: How is the display in sunlight? Is it easy to read? or does it wash
out like the Moto Timeport I used to have?
Lastly: Does it use the same charger connections the V60 uses or do I need
to get new car chargers?
