After loading the update, I get a Diect Access Component window everytime I
turn on the desktop. The window states that direct access component has
encountered a problem abd needs to be closed. When I ask for an error report
some of the information includes:
Event Type: BEX P1: tfswctrL.exe P2:1.2.93.0 P4: kernel.32.dll P5:
411096b4 P6: 411096b4 P7: 00010lf8b P8:c0000409 P9: 00000000 I keep sending
the message, but have not received an answer. What do I need to do to fix the
problem.
