For over a year I have had my two desktops (one upstairs/one
downstairs) successfully sharing an internet connection using Gigafast
Homeplug Powerline Networking. I now have a laptop computer and would
rather use a wireless internet connection for it. The laptop has a
wireless network card installed. I have a Asoka PL9540 WAP (Pluglink
Wireless Access Point) - user guide:

The laptop "sees" the PL9540 WAP internet connection - but does not
connect. The main computer with the broadband connection does not see
the WAP. Does the main computer also have to have a wireless card -
even though the WAP is plugged into the wiring with the other homeplug
adapters?
