Is the firewall the reason i keep getting disconected from TF2?

I keep getting a message every time i start a game of TF2 saying "connection problem ; disconnecting in 30:00b(seconds)"

Is this because if my Comodo firewall?
So i installed the comodo firewall and decided to delete it. So i clicked on the delete button and if type in 'comodo' into my home windows for any files nothing comes up. So i thought it was gone. But when i was playing an online game the comodo firewall popped up asking if wanted to allow it to connect to the internet. How can i actually delete Comodo!?

try to reboot ur pc in safe mode and try to locate the directory for komodo software, check if u can do the uninstall.
