Having a problem installing Simcity 4!!!

I insert the 1st disk and then it pops up saying you must reinstall simcity 4 and i dont know how to install it HELP

um... just uninstall the game, then put the disc back in. It should guide you through the process. you may want to copy your save files before you reinstall so you don't lose everything.
