So i have a Pavilion dv7-4165dx Entertainment Notebook. I'm playing some older games like Knights of the Old Republic or Diablo 2 etc. but then game screen is small. it won't cover my entire screen even if it's set on max graphics and resolution. my dad has the same laptop but his doesn't have this problem. any advice?

press the windows button and R simultaneously to bring the 'run' progrram. Type in dxdiag. Hit enter. Click on the "Display 1" tab of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool and look under the right side where it says "Drivers." This will tell you the main driver version number.
