Windows 8 laptop connected to power cord, screen flickers
Last response: in Windows 8
I just downloading windows 8 on my laptop and now every time I have my power cord connected the top and bottom inch of the screen start to flicker or shutter when it is trying to process something.But it is fine when it is just running on the battery. Does anyone know what could be done to fix this?

i've got a temporary solution you can try. If you open up your Catalyst Control Center and go into Power Options, Power Play, and then set Plugged In to Maximize Battery Life the screen jittering will stop. This will affect your gaming performance though, as it will no longer maximize graphical power while plugged in.

HEY GUYS! I found a way to stop the flickering!!! Basically, I just installed the BETA Drivers from AMD and the flickering stopped. The updated normal ones don't work.
