Hi I am running Windows XP Pro on my desktop (P4 1.6 GHz, 640 MB RAM)
Daily I need to hibernate my PC twice or thrice. But after 2-3 such
hiberations I find my PC running a bit slow compared to the performance when
no hibernation is performed for the same period of time.
I find that for after 2-3 hibernations the hard disk is very much active
which I think is a result of many page faults. Can something be done so that
I need not have to reboot after some number of hibernations to get the PC
running smoothly!! Some way to "clean" the memory or whatever is appropriate!
