sometimes it boots, sometimes not, wtf

ok,
i just put together my first rig. 1.4tb, 60gxp 40gb, GF3, k7s5a. sometimes it boots up fine. then i'll turn it off, and sometimes it will go through this beeping song. it's like beep beep, pause, then like a lot of beeps, then pause, then 3 beeps.

i don't understand what is going on. please help

I think that board uses an AMI BIOS, so the beeping may be a failed DRAM detection. Listen to the beeps carefully and go <A HREF="http://support.iwill.net/beep.htm" target="_new">here</A> to see what the problem is.
