ECS K7S5A

I just bought an ECS K7S5A with the SiS 7365 chipset. I can't seem to find a program to monitor the hardware voltage, temp, etc. Does anyone know what I can use? A questions posted to SiS's site said contact the board vendor about Super I/O. No clue what that means. Anyone have any ideas?
