Wild games support

Hello,
We bought the game JEWELL QWEST II on 10/063/2011, but had to restore the computer. How do I get it back on my laptop. When we go onto the site it is asking me to buy it again. Please let me know.

  1. The site you bought it from should have sent you a reference or proof or purchase. You kept a copy of this, I hope?

    go to thier supoort page, and email them explaining the problem:

    http://www.wildtangent.com/support

    The email mechanism is on the right on the middle of the screen. Always talk to your vendor first, you will not be the first person to have done this, they will have ways of resolving it.
