FIFA 10 PC missing Shadows

I have FIFA 10 in my laptop. It works smoothly even in high graphics detail. But the ball and players do not have any shadows. The turf has the shadow though. I have shadows option in settings on. Is it a problem with my graphics card or the game itself?

Pixel Shader 4.0 Vertex Shader 4.0

Did you try re-installing the game?
