That Geforce 6150SE is not going to give you the performance needed. You'll have to upgrade that card to a more recent/powerful model.

A GeForce GTX 560 Ti would boost performance a LOT.

How much memory have you got?

I believe that the 6150 is an integrate graphics chip on the motherboard, this will not suffice to play BF3, you need to get a PCI-e Gaming Graphics card.
^+1 to ChrisCornell about the GFX card suggested.

Your CPU is also dated, the official min AMD recommendation is a 2.7 dual core.
To play this game and get enjoyment out of it you will need a new comp.

Even if you updated the Graphics card your CPU will be bottle necking your game.

I recommend you get a new computer to play BF3
