A problem has been detected and windows is shutting down

i got these message for the second time '' a problem has been detected and windows is shutting down " with blue screen and then restart and the second time also blue screen but it didn't restart
now it happen for 2 times in tow days any help .............
i didn't upgrade to any hardware i just did hdd but these couple of months back
i use windows 7 ultimate x64

Check cpu temps, powers supply ok, memory errors?
