Should I get these if I want to 30 FPS BF3 on console graphics?

Im sure you will get more than console level graphics, if you can stretch to 560Ti it would be a lot better

gurus..i have athlon II 240 ,2 gb ddr2 ,9500gt 1gb..can i run bf3 in low settings smoothly??..whats the maximum fps can this setup give me?
