Gaming framerate cap?

Hello all. I'm trying to find out if there is a program anyone knows of that caps max framerate in games. Or how to cap FPS when not in settings. Thanks.

I don't know of any programs, but you can lock max framerate to your monitors refresh rate (Hz) by enabling "Vertical Sync" in the graphics driver.
