I wish to run XATAX on core 2 due system

I wish to run "XATAX" (Old airship fighting game) on my core 2 due system with win Xp or win 7,
That Wonderful airship fighting game i was played on P3 with windows 98.

What should I do to run in core 2 due system??? i wish to play again and there is no newer version of "Xatax".
