Boot Check disk

I turned off my computer in a way windows didnt like so as usual the checkdisk came up on the next boot boot so i let it do it, but its been coming back up every time i boot now ... any way of shuting the auto checkdisk off?

Try running scandisk inside windows and let it finish, that was happening to me, I ran the scandisk until it stopped and that solved the problem.

If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one thath will go wrong first will be the one that will do the most possible damage

Boot to recovery console, run: chkdsk /f - let that finish, run: fixboot

That's a long process but it should correct the problem.
