Thank you for your reply. In the area control Panel - Admin - Services,
ATI hotkey poller is disabled. I'll leave it that way.

I also saw my firewall disabled and Antivirus and a few other things
that she had me uncheck in the msconfig - SERVICES tab. I have set
most of the ones she disabled back to manual or automatic (as best as I
could). I had numerous event errors for the firewall before I set it to
automatic.

I think I should put the checkmark back in the items that are running
in msconfig - SERVICES. I have the feeling if I don't, if I happen to
make a change in start-up and click ok, the unchecked items in the
SERVICES tab will get disabled again. Am I correct about this?
