I bought a router for the cable modem. Now we want to tie in a computer about 100-150 cable feet depending on the run path. I think the router was designed for Cat5 cable. My question is how long can that cable be? Is that too far?
Also, I thought I read that there was a newer cable ... better than Cat5. Is it the same end piece/fitting to go into the router amd Ethernet card?

Every working computer must be improved .... or replaced ...
