To _KC_ (list of upgrade features)

I had seen an answer to a poster where they asked if there was a
printed list of what was included in a software upgrade for their
phone, the LG 7000, and you were able to supply rhem with it.

I have the LG 4500 and just had a software upgraded to version 4 and I
cannot find a listing of fixes or what is new. I see a lot of changes
to the Voice Command menu but if it is possible for you to post a
listing of what was done throughout I would greatly appreciate it.

After digging and digging myself I came up with this:
