BIOS flashing help!!

Is there a website that gives a step by step of "How to Flash" a MB BIOS?. And what is a bootable boot disk and how do you make one?

It depends on the manufacturer of the mobo and the type of BIOS they use. Generally if you go to the web site of the board manufacturer you can find the file to down load for the most recent BIOS and generally a "How to" that will describe how to flash and answer most of your questions. If that doesn't help go to google.com and type in BIOS flash or some variation of that in the search line and you will find lots of sites that will describe flashing methods. Hope this helps.
