Hopefully someone can help me here, and I hope this is the right sub-section to post in.

Anyways I'm trying to stream PC games onto justin.tv/twitch.tv. Here is my current setup and all the information that you'll need to know - I hope. My question is: Why is it so damn blurry when I'm moving around? My upload is good, my CPU isn't strained, and yet no matter what I put my settings at it gets very blurry. Any suggestions would be awesome!
Computer Specs
Intel Core i7 920 (Overclocked to 3.8GHz)
Asustek P6T Deluxe V2
12 Gig DDR3 Corsair ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 285
Internet Connection
Stream Setup
I've done a few tests - with both VP6 and H.264 encoding. Here are the results for both as well as my CPU usage at the time of recording in the bottom right corner of the videos.

H.264 is a lot smoother, but still has huge issues with blurriness.
