My LCD on my Compaq 12xl300 is inverted. No idea how to fix it. Have tried new ribbon cables, new inverters, and even another LCD. The Secondary VGA out works fine but the prmary (connector on the motherboard) just gives me a inverted picture when I use it. Any suggestions?

Inverted color wise or picture wise?
Color as in black is white, white is black. Or picture wise like the start button is on the right side of the screen with the text backwards?

Is the picture even inverted in the bios? (Just to rule out a software issue.)

color wise. the white text is black, the blues are reds/yellows, etc.
