when i powered my computer on last night
it started and then paused and kept running without loading and the
monotor went into sleep mode. i couldn't even click it off using the
power button. i finally had to turn off the surge protector to get it
to turn off. i then powered on again and it worked.
could someone let me know what may be wrong with it? i only received it
a month ago (used from a famly member).
