Simultaneous Split Screen Users on 2 PC's?

I'm wanting to connect 2 PC's to my living room tv, and have split screen functionality. I've found KVM switches that accomplish this but they are for switching back and forth and I want 2 simultaneous users at the same time. Is this possible without spending a ton of money on an expensive kvm switch? (looking for under $150 solution)

thats a TV function, like picture in picture, but two fullsize at the same time from two inputs. A KVM is a switch it doesn't have the processing power to merge images together.

If my tv only has one PC input, if I put an adapter on it and plugged to PC's into it would I then be able to accomplish this using the picture in picture function?
