Slow computer problem

My computer runs slow,I have problems cause web pages load and take like
a minute or so Ive tried any basic answer like (virus scan and stuff).
Please help me find an effective way to boost my speed of my computer.
Downloads take like hours help me.

It doesn't seem to be your computer it seems like your intronet if you have dialup then you might not be able to speed it up because dialup is natrally slow but if it is any thing else than you can go online and download an intronet booster that helps with intronet problems. I dont know of any pacific names of intronet boosters but they work realy well. But it might cost mony to download it.
