Boot up problem

I reinstalled windows 7. it works fineuntill I shut it down and start it up. It wont boot unless I go into check the bios and exit out of that.Then windows starts and is fine untill I shut down and then start it again

If your BIOS keeps needing to be reset then suspect that the battery needs to be replaced.
