Will this setup run Skyrim maxed?

Guys i was wondering if this setup would be able to max out skyrim (not including aa) on a 1080p monitor

GTX 480 SC (stock settings)
Intel Core i7 930 @3.6ghz
4 gigs of DDR3 1600
a 64 gb Kingston SSD

i would say about 25+ fps
You could overclock your GPU and you will ahve no problem at all.
Your RAM is good and your CPU is great...
Its just your graphics card.

for dx10 the 480 is a top class performer. so its not as bad as its being made out.
no it doesnt support dx11 but most games dont, and thoughs that do pay a heavy price for it. so i would say you have a very capable midrange dx10 system

Have you seen the recommended specs? The 480 will crush that, that system will have no problems whatsoever.

Until it comes out, we won't know for sure. But you guys seem to be forgetting that mods WILL come out eventually that will ramp up the maximum specs for the game itself. Cause lag etc. All sorts of weird things. How will it stack up then?

I'd go with a i2500 and use the extra money on maybe a better GPU.
w/e you want of course.
