CS:S Framerate issue

Hi, I have a dell l702x;
555m GT 3gb
8gb ram
i7 2630QM @ 2.00ghz

I cannot run CS:S of all things at my native resolution of 1900x1080 any higher than 15 FPS, even at lowest settings (no AA etc). I assume it's probably using the onboard GPU due to Optimus. Any ideas?
