I bought a Sony camera DSC-W320 and I was given a software but doesn't accept in windows 7 64-bit. What can I do solve the problem. Augustino. email achengula@gmail.com

Go to the Sony website and look for W7 downloads for your model.

You may be able to try the Vista version. If it's an older camera you may be out of luck. If you have Windows 7 Pro you may be able to run the software in XP compatability mode.
