GTA 4 Help

Well you have same CPU as me   but i have mine overclocked now to 3.0 ghz
I have only 2gig ram
Your graphics card is better than mine and i have geforce 8500 gt overclocked  
And I RUN GTA IV on 640*480 resolution BUT everything on High settings   and view distance at 15

At what resolution are you planning to game at?
That card's not bad. It should play around at low-med settings, yes.
That dual core CPU would be the drawback though.

I play at 1024 by 768 pixels

Then it will play at playable frame rates.

3gb ram

1366x768 ,18.5 monitor

but gta IV showing out of memory error...!!!working only for 1 or 2 min..!!
i think i want 2 upgrade my core...!!!!!!

Upgrade GPU, CPU, and RAM, and then say a prayer; this is your GTA IV.

We all know how stupidly badly coded GTA IV is, so the minimum requirements are a bad joke. A lot of users with way more powerful PC's than the minimum requirements cannot get playable frame rates from that game.

So... beware. At least for me, this is a hopeless case. I gave it up a long time ago.
