Windows 7 cant copy exe file to other computer on network

Hello,
I have tried to copy .exe and .pdf files over the network in windows7. But it failed saying "permission is not allowed".
However, i am able to copy folder, word doc etc.......

Could anyone please tell me why its failing with exe and pdf?

Are you copying them (pdf, exe) to the same exact target folder where you can copy a Word doc?

yes....i am copying at the same location.....
wat i able to figure it out is dat windows7 doesnt allow u to copy exe, pdf files for the reason of security.....
only option u can copy is zip them and then copy......


I wonder if we directly copy the files(exe...) in target folder on network
