AMD PC Woes :(

I've been having this problem for quite some time and I still couldn't figure out what's wrong with my system. Most of the time when i shut down my computer i get a blue screen and instantly restarts and I have no idea what's on the blue screen(I'm using windows 2000). I would also randomly get the same event when I start an application. Other than that the system runs fine, but it's still bugging me and I would like to figure out what the hell is wrong . I have a feeling it's the ram or mobo.

I think the SBlive Cause the problem, my epox 8kta3(kt133a) get blue screen also(even with the newest bios) if i install a SBlive. try to remove it.
