Recently I've been playing Fallout: New Vegas and Oblivion on my new machine. Gameplay is superb, with both games running at high settings and 4x AA i'm experiencing very high frames. During the cinematic introductions for BOTH games, however, there is intermittent stuttering. I suppose gameplay is what really matters, however I find this problem irritating and it detracts from the game experience.
If it helps, I'm running steam versions of both games, two 6950's in crossfire, and all the software in question resides on an SSD.
