Games (BF3) and music output devices

Hey, I want to channel the audio from BF3 to my headphones (USB Fatal1ty), while listening to music (Grooveshark/YouTube) on my speakers (AUX).
The purpose is for playing music at a LAN while I play BF3 on my headphones.
As far as I've tried, I can't select an output device in BF3 or Grooveshark/YouTube
