I have a problem in the installation of Veritas Backup Exec 8.5.

I launch the installation, the installation prepare " install shield " and immediately after I have a message saying to me that the installation is successfully complete.

Nothing is installed, no question was ask and no file is copied.

How are you installing? Off original CD, burned CD, download?

Could be a problem with the msiexec.exe running the install.
