Windows 7 on new hard drive

I'm looking at buying a new SSD and I want to have the windows files on that harddrive. The only problem is that I already used the install for the Windows 7 disc and want to know how I can reinstall it. Windows 7 is currently on my 1 TB F3 Spinpoint harddrive, but as I said, I need it on my new harddrive. Thanks

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean, are you asking if my F3 can be partitioned? I would assume so, I don't know much about partitioning.

I'm looking at a 160 GB Intel G2, right now.

2- Good choice but take a look of the Crucial C300.

The G2 beats C300 in the gaming area, which is the most important part to me
