Will my laptop be able to run Skyrim on recommended with an AMD Radeon HD 6570M/5700 Series?

All the other recommended specs are met by my laptop, but I'm unsure as to whether the graphics card does or not. Anyone able to clarify for me?

Thanks

Wait until the game comes out in a few days.

The recommended specs are already released:

Recommended
Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU processor
4GB System RAM
6GB free HDD space
DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon 4890 or higher
DirectX compatible sound card

I just don't know enough about graphic cards to be sure it's gonna run Skyrim on this released "Recommended setting" - any chance anyone wants to spill their knowledge on this?

I guess what I'm trying to say is this:

When the recommended specs says "ATI Radeon 4890 or higher", will my Radeon HD 6570M/5700 Series be able to make the cut? I have no idea which one is better.

Sorry for the double post.

if you're asking whether your 6570 is as good as 4890, the answer is no, 4890 is better.

Your post really helped. With your information I was able to look up the 6570 (I didn't know you could shorten the name to that...) and read up on what it can actually run. So thank you. Sorry for the noobish and unprecise questions.

Cheers
