Abit Th72 dead plz help

Well after all my waiting I get all my parts for my new comp my 41g ibm 60gxt came in the mail today and I poped it in when I went to turn on my computer noting happened noting at all no power supply response at all when I look at the mobo I see a verry little led that says reset by it anyone know what this is if anyone can help then plz do so.

You must have the correct power supply to run this board. It requires two aux connections in addtion to the ATX connector. "The TH7II-RAID requires both ATX +12V connector and the AUX Power connector, meaning you need an ATX 2.03 compliant power supply to use this board. The reset switch is exactly that, a reset switch. It was incorporated to permit bench top testing. It function exactly like the reset switch on your computer.
