No one could say exactly how that game will run since it uses a proprietary, in-house developed engine, but it seems you might run the game at medium-ish details at that resolution.

Recommended specs are GTX 260 or higher. Recommended often leans towards High settings. Depends how much AA you would put on it. No AA I bet your 250 can get a good mix of High and Medium settings.

Thats just an educated guess based on the recommended system specs.

oh, sorry, did you mean how high you can set the graphics on your computer?
for that as long as you meet minimum you will be able to launch it, after that you play around with settings to get the graphics to the level you're comfortable with. As said above, the game isn't out yet, so nobody can tell you what you can set

My Opinion

you'll be able to play that at High, most recommended Settings are for 1080P, so 720P is a lot lower resolution so you should be good to go.

Thanks for the reply's i guess ill wait for the game before i consider buying a 560ti
