Do you think my PC can run MW3

I know that MW3 is a newer game so its probably difficult to answer this, but I was wondering if my PC can run Modern Warfare 3 on decent settings thinking like a 1280x1024 resolution or so. I tested it on CanYouRunIt? but was not sure how accurate it is.
But anyways here are my system specs, along with MW3 Requirements:

You are ok except for your graphics card. It is definitely not a gaming card and you will have to run it at the lowest resolution and lowest settings. Try to upgrade your graphics card to at least a 4670 or so and you should be fine.

The GT220 will handle itself well. The game will run fine, don't worry. Just don't expect high graphics settings and quality to be too epic.

That what I figured with a good fps config in black ops I can average about 100fps or so on medium settings. Thanks again for the answers.
