Huge problem with K75SA

Hello all,
I bought three weeks ago this Elite motherboard. I had some problems with it so I had to send it back to the company I bought it from to get a replacement one. I just received it today and every time I try to turn it on it just doesn't load the bios. The only thing you can see it saying is "Checking NVRAM". I tested another ddr and sdram but nothing would happen. I also tried to use different controllers but still NOTHING. Plz plz any ideas u could give me would be more than helpfull.

What is your system setup, and did you make sure your cards and memory are sitting in there tight?

look on the second page or something for a post called "big problems with k7s5a" from wynn. there is a link in there that explains a lot of stuff with this board. it seems like if you have problems with this board, it's more likely to be a lemon than the problems be fixable.
