Is it possible to repair the file system (ntfs)in a partition that chkntsf reports as: "Drive D is dirty"?
The volume/partition has no bad sectors. The corruption appears to be something else. The other partition(System) on this drive is ok.

Backup data, and delete partitions, and re-format drive, configure at will, and put data back. That could clear things up.
