Recording My Gameplay is laggy

Hey Guys,

When i attempt to record my gameplay on MW3, it is laggy, That is recording from the Theater Mode is has included.

1) Is there a way to download those videos?

2) What do i need yo upgrade inside my computer to record better

3) I have Fraps, WeGame, Xfire to record gameplay

Hello, what settings are you using when recording? what program?

are you recording to the same hdd as the game you're playing is installed on?

what are your specs?
