Can my laptop run Skyrim?

I apologise for another one of these topics, but can I run Skyrim on fair settings with decent fps (above 30 is playable for me).

This is an M15x Alienware laptop.

Intel (R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz (8 CPUs), ¬1.6GHz

4096MB RAM

DX11

NVIDIA GeForce GT 240M

1920 x 1080

If theres anything else you need to know please tell me, I've never been good with computers, I just like playing games.

Hello, sorry, but I doubt you'll be able to run it. that card is 2 generations old and even when you bought it wasn't a gaming card.
