XP System Restore

Of three automatic date stamps for system restore points, and three manually
created system points over the last five days, only one system restore point
will "restore". And it is the fourth point manually created of the total of
six restore points. All other restore points result in the common message
"...could not be restored...." Ideas as to why?

Hi

You've probably got corrupted files in SR. However, you say that one
checkpoint works OK?

Yes, one of six checkpoints that I tried, worked. (But not the one I needed.)

Hi

Very odd. I've never come across this situation before. There must more
underlying factors. A detailed posting of any error messages 'may' help!!!!
