i810+celery1.2g?

I have an old HP with i810 chipset on mobo. FSB is 100mhz. Can I swap the celeron 500 in there with a 1.2ghz celeron or will there be chipset and/or voltage issues?

No. You can use a Celeron or PIII up to 1GHz as long as your motherboard suports Coppermine (FC-PGA) CPU's. I gave all the details in your other post.
