Can you use Sony's Floppy Disk Memory Stick adaptor to save other files? Like Office Documents and mp3s?

Do you need to install special drivers to use the memory stick adaptor or does the PC just see it as a 128MB floppy?

you need to get the drives, they are on the cd that came with the camera, or you can search the net. i could find drivers but it took about 10 minutes, they are not on sony.com atleast i coudl not find them there
