I would I read (interpret) the following fatal exception error:

0E at 0028:C0031A4E in VxD
from 0028:C00B3A50 in VxD

what were you doing to get that error? and do you know how to use doctor watson
under system tool-system information-tools-drwatson
the other way to gey help on errors is to cut and past them at google (i tried yours not found but)<A HREF="http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=VxD&btnG=Google+Search" target="_new">http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=VxD&btnG=Google+Search</A>
